A Manager with an Anger Management Issue




          The Starbucks manager should have been very careful in dealing with her customers. She might have forgotten that “Customer’s Are Always Right”. What she did with her customer was really very degrading on her part considering that she’s the manager of the business establishment. It has also given a bad image of the Starbucks. Such attitude and rudeness should subject her to a disciplinary action or can even be considered as a ground to fire her from work. She should also be required to attend a seminar which will remind her of her duties and responsibilities as a public servant.
